By accessing or using the Ripon Limo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Reservations must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the base fare. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Smoking, illegal drug use, and underage drinking are strictly prohibited in all Ripon Limo vehicles. We reserve the right to terminate a ride without refund if a passenger's behavior threatens the safety of the driver or the vehicle.
Ripon Limo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific ride in question.
